GOWashington, DCApril 08, 2026Sushi by Bou is located on the top floor of CitizenM DC Capitol, and right off the bat, you're wowed by the Capitol building view. (You'll need staff assistance for elevator access). I got there right at sunset and had a few minutes to take it in before my 5pm reservation. I took advantage of the 12 pieces omakase for $55 (Use "555" in the Special Request section when booking , and it's good for the 5pm reservation time only). Each reservation is an hour long, and Chef Sean was incredible in making the time go by perfectly. He explained all of the dishes, gave just enough time to enjoy each piece before we were on to the next one. Everything was DELICIOUS.
