Their menu features a wide array of classic beef, pork, chicken, and seafood Cuban dishes, including Creole ground beef, stuffed pork chops, grilled chicken in mango sauce, La Rosa Grilled Mixed Seafood, and USDA prime cuts of steak. Also on the menu are salads, shareable appetizers, soups, and sandwiches, including their signature La Rosa Cuban Sandwich.   • The shrimps and the yuca were delicious yet the dessert ("tocino") was terrible. The recipe used is not a tocino recipe of eggs, sugar, and vanilla; it had something else that made it thicker and dense.
