ENMiami, FLFebruary 13, 2026Varsol serves tasty sushi in a pleasant setting in the heart of beautiful Coconut Grove. The wait staff was professional and responsive. They have a surprising number of sushi options that include cream cheese, which was not appealing and they also have several dishes that included truffle oil, including the edamame which detracted from the dish.
