VVChicago, ILMay 21, 2026Like other Jose Andres's restaurants, the quality of the ingredients, ambiance, service and overall experience were up to the excellent standards that come with the name and type of person Jose Andres is. We got the Jamon, Chilled Lobster, Scallops, Grilled Octopus, Patas Bravas and the Sea Bass. Everything was perfect! The Grilled Octopus was soft, good mouth feel, and cooked perfectly. The Sea Bass and Scallops were just tender and melt in your mouth. Jose Andres take on Spanish Seafood was superb and done right. This was the 2nd time I've gone and cant wait to go again.
