• Good quality place. Not too busy mid-week at lunch. Food and service good. Only small complaint is I went for DineLA and they were missing one of three first courses and one of 3 second courses (including the one I was going to get). But what I got (sashimi, fish tacos and cheesecake) were all good.

• We went for a birthday dinner and it did not disappoint! The ambience was classy and decor beautiful. The best though was the food, everything we ordered was delicious and well prepared, even for something as tricky as duck and seafood. The service was well timed and water carafe were never empty. We would definitely come back for more meals.

• Fantastic outside environment, and inside dining area is large, airy and beautiful. We sat outside. The food was fresh and very well prepared. Burger patty and fries were too salty, on the cusp of being inedible. Since salt can always be added at the table, it was a bit disappointing because both the cheeseburger and fries were otherwise great. My Tuna was very tasty, but pickled ginger should have been available. The fish tacos had the perfect airy crispness. We also had a lettuce starter that was great. Normally, we're very picky about dressings, finding most salads overdressed and soggy. But this had the perfect combination of soft baby butter leaves combined with romaine with just the right amount of grated parmesan.

• Excellent cocktails and small but well curated menu. It's a pity to see this restaurant half empty as the food and service are high quality. I think the somewhat hidden location, back from the street, is an impediment.
